BIKRAM YOGA what results have you received in doing Bikram poses? I have been doing Bikram Yoga for 30 days everyday at various times, such as 6:30 am sometimes 4:30pm etc. I have noticed toned legs, arms, over all body flexibility, I sleep better and at work everyone’s noticed a peaceful energy about me, Several friends from work just started Bikram and within one week all dropped weight and noticed physical changes as well. 2 friends had blood labs done b4 starting workout 2 weeks repeated their blood labs and both noticed significant changes in dropped cholesterol levels and triglyceride. What changes have you received?
