Bikram Yoga

Bikram Yoga is the best thing that I have ever discovered.
I have been doing Bikram 5-6 times per week for the past month, and I HATE working out at the gym. I used to get so angry at the gym because I work so incredibly hard (up at 5am, four times a week lifting weights and doing cardio), and eat so cleanly and haven’t seen sufficient results. My metabolism is very slow and I used to take caffeine pills to increase its speed.
I discovered Bikram after going with a friend. I was always weary of yoga since I don’t like “weird” and chanty sort of exercise.
THIS is NOT your “typical” yoga. This will kick your butt!!
I haven’t been to the gym in two months. I cancelled my membership and now do strictly Bikram. The results are phenomenal.
Mind and body – I would never achieve this balance with any other exercise. My favorite part of Bikram, is that you notice yourself improve every time you do it. You are more flexible each and every time. The heat is one of the most important parts. I am not a “sweater” but by the first few minutes of class I am dripping buckets. You can actually feel yourself melting away and toning your body. Nothing compares to that feeling.
Try just one class – it’s worth it for SO many reasons.
